We pull product data from Amazon Product Advertising API 5.0, cache it, and refresh in scheduled intervals.
Primary metric: protein value
Value is ranked using price per gram of total protein and protein grams per dollar.
Secondary factors
When value is close, we prioritize higher star ratings and stronger review counts.
Editorial policy
Rankings are generated by formula and data freshness checks. We do not sell sponsored rank placement.
Rate limits and caching
PAAPI has request quotas, so we refresh in batches and serve results from cached snapshots to keep the site fast and reliable.
